Agree with Billy. Did the problem occur immediately after either the fuel line change or the carb cleaning and valve adjustment? Even though Alley says that changing a fuel line isn't going to affect your performance...if your fuel filter isn't filling full of fuel I would say thats your problem.

the filter gets fuel... it just jerks and wont run smooth... IDK what they set the valves to... but it ran great for about 2 weeks after the valve adjustment and carb cleaning... Im thinkin about upgrading the carb
