Yea look by your sidestand and see if you see some wires going to a little black plastic piece. If no wires are going to the kickstand then you do NOT have a killswitch on the sidestand.
One other thing you can do is Disconnect the BLACK and WHITE TOP wire on the TWO PLUG on the CDI, that would be your kill switch wire. That would eliminate having a bad KILLSWITCH. Alleyoop

Well I don't have deep pockets so I guess I will just have to dig deeper. I do not have a side stand switch, but could the kill switch go bad without touching it?

Not likely if you haven't used it but make sure it was not hit by accident and it is on the run positon, but if the scoot got wet it could be shorted out.
No deep pockets and that is why we are saying to do some basic none money costing checks first so you do not have to dish out for replacement parts. Alleyoop

This is Chinese wiring anything can go bad at anytime. Maybe someone turned it off while you were away and years of disuse caused its immediate failure. Do you have a multimeter?

No, a burned put stop light bulb will not cause it not to start. The way it works is you press the brake and it pushs on the brake light switch and sends the voltage to TWO PLACES one to the SOLENOID and one to the brake lights in back. Then you press the start button and it GROUNDS the SOLENOID to complete the circut and sends voltage to the starter. So having a burned out bulb has nothing to do with not starting. Now if the switch was bad and it did not send voltage to the Solenoid then your electric start would not work. Alleyoop

Ok alley I verified that I have no spark, I also removed the black and white wire from the 2 plug on my CDI and still no spark. I also do not have a side stand switch.

Well since you replaced the CDI and COIL there is only TWO other items left the PICK UP COIL or the STATOR for A NO SPARK CONDTION. Do you have a VOLT METER if so you can test the PICK UP COIL and see if it is sending the SIGNAL to the CDI to release the VOLTAGE to the COIL. Set it on VAC and it should read .5VAC when it sends the signal to the CDI. You can also test the STATOR to see if it is feeding the CDI the VOLTAGE. Let me find the link on how to test those two it is on here probably in the tech section. Alleyoop itistheride.boards.net/index.cgi?board=el&action=display&thread=130
