This thread should answer most of the questions on how to reroute things. I believe if you remove the PAIR canister you need a block off plate which you can either make yourself or purchase at a few diff online vendors.

I take all that mess off my bikes and every bike i put big bore kits on since the heads are non egr, no special tools needed
