Hey Ya'll, I just got a PST150-11 Trike and was wondering if there is a thread something that explains how to remove the plastics if I would ever need to?

Well..hard to say..not all scoots are the same. Not familiar with the model ya have as most scoots in Michigan are 50cc. Typically you gotta go slow and figure it out. Best way is..if you can remove the seat and seat bucket first....you can look inside the scoot and see how each one comes off. Just be careful..the plastic tabs on all the scoots...tend to break off super easy..

Usually you work from the front to the back, or the back to the front depending on the scooter. At least that's what has worked for me. On the Retro's it's alway back to front for example. My shenky 150de is front to back. Another thing to look for, on soom scoots there are hidden screws under the rubber floor mats or trim pieces. I have aluminum plates on my retro scooter and there are bolts under those for the floorboard.

I took a piece of cardboard and made a diagram of the of the outline of the plastic and then placed each screw in it so i know where they belong when i put it back together cause they are different sizes .

just take alot of pics, thats what I did.
I took pics, then put the screws in baggys and taped the baggys to each panel.
worked out great.

Anyone consider cutting some new tabs from thin abs sheet stock and epoxying (and/or heat welding) them onto the body panels?

Hiya Dave. I was considering it as I broke off a quite few, due to the tabs being self locking and almost impossible to remove without snapping the plastic. (ended up sanding down the "locking lip" on the tabs)
