Where are some good places to purchase tires online? I'm looking for a 110/80-10 for my scooter. I've looked at BikeBandit.com, just wondering if any of y'all had any other options I can check out.

Since we're on the topic of this size tire, which would y'all prefer out of the: Kenda K413 and the Michelin S1? Being a car man, I'm leaning toward the Michelin.

Are you sure a 110/80-10 will fit your scoot? That's a pretty high profile tire. Much larger in diameter than the standard 3.50-10 many scoots come with on the shortcase engine.

It's the size that is on there now. Pretty sure these are the original tires. Plus, that's the size that's on the label on the scooter.

Here is another good place www.motorcycletire.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc? Amazon has tires too . Michelin , Pirelli , and Dunlop are great brands . Kenda is a good midrange tire as many like em . I have Shinkos on my Echarm and wow they are so much better than the crappy ChengShins that came on it

DX Neighbor and I bought tires about a month apart...his were Chinese cheapies and only 8 bucks cheaper than my Kenda's. 3,000 mile later his are bald...sidewalls cracked and dry rotted. Mine still look new and have even more miles on them than his do. If you wanna skimp...skimp on groceries and eat Ramen Noodles.. ;D But never skimp on tires.. :# they are what separate you from the Asphalt...

I can vouch for not skimping on tires.
My old old Ford Tempo, I had a minimum wage job so got four Tiger-Paw (? something like that) tires. Total crap. Just turning a corner I'd feel slip and hear squeal. Ended up locking the brakes and the tires just slid down the street 'til we went off the side and flipped into the ditch.
So basically cheap junk tires cost me a car.
Lesson learned. DON'T CHEAP OUT ON TIRES. EVER!
