Hey millsc! Unfortunetly I already placed the order so I dont know i that is still an option to tell them? They said mine was fifth in line! Im so ready to get all the parts and get her running again! Plus the weather here in mid Michigan is beautiful today

So if I want Bob in p.a. to do my head do I just tell the women who answers the phones for ordering to have Bob from pa do it and tell her to tell him to do it like millsc?

Mine is coated with glyptal and valves coated with ceramic and special swirl polish on the ports

Is the glyptal to help in oil circulation? And does the ceramic help the valves in longevity? Haha not sure what it all means.
Thanks so much millsc youve been a lot of help with all this. I called and the women on the phone said she would make sure to tell them on mine to have Bob do it and to make it like millsc's.

Got a quick question. Is the a9 cam required for the bbk and big valve head? Scrappy says their order was seized by customs so it was gonna be another 2 weeks for the cam but I had everything else so I went ahead and started and thought I would just do the cam whenever I had the time. But tonight was getting pretty close to done and went to adjust the valves and relized there is a ton of room for the valves to the rocker arms. Does the stock rocker arms or stock cam not work with the big valve head from scrappys?

you may have had a 69mm head before if its a 2011 and up scoot, you'll have to change the rocker arms

Mine is a 2010 Peace Sports. It just seems either the cam lobs are not big enough or the rocker arms need more curvature(need to be deeper)

69mm heads use longer rocker arms on the valve assembly, take a pic you probably need 64mm rocker arms
