I have a 50cc peace motor sports scoot and I emptied the oil. When I went to put the new oil back it would not accept it. I tried a longer funnel to get depper in oil pan and I also tried different angles of pouring. Any Ideas?

There is a hose on your valve cover it runs back to your air box. The hose maybe kinked or pinched. It is the crank case vent. Lets us know what you find .
Oh and welcome to the forum!!!!!

[replyingto=shanething]shanething[/replyingto]I checked the line coming from the top of the valve cover. It runs under the valve cover and it splits and runs to a vacuum petcock of some sort and then from there it runs to the air box. Sound right?

Same for me on my jonway 150. Always have to do a slow pour (more like trickle) or it overflows.

I just unscrew the spout from my gear oil bottle and put it on the motor oil bottle. That also makes it easier to control the rate of flow so it doesn't end up overfilled.

Here is a valve cover and ON THE TOP of the VALVE COVER there is a connector. That is your VALVE COVER VENT. A hose is connected to it to direct ANY OIL that may squirt out from being squirted out onto the motor. If that hose is PLUGGED OR KINKED it will not VENT and it will not take oil when you try to put some in. So check the that hose and see if it is plugged or KINKED. Some scoots have that hose going to a little BLACK BOX in front of the AIR FILTER and inside it has a FOAM FILTER. Then from there another hose hangs down plugged and you will most likely see oil in the clear hose. If that FILTER IS CLOGGED with oil it does not let it VENT to the AIR and putting oil in will be slow going. Best thing to do is TAKE that hose off the Little Black box plug that connector up then take the VENT HOSE put a fuel filter on the end of it and ZIP TIE IT HIGH on the swingarm frame. If it squirts oil out it will drain back into the Valvel cover, BUT it will always be vented and not plugged up. Alleyoop
