How fast does it go now REAL MPH not what the speedo says because they are off quite a bit some over 20% of what the speedo is registering. Also need to know what your RPMS are currently at WOT.
Last question how fast do you really want to go? Will determine what you may need or if it is realistic to expect such speeds(with your scoot). Alleyoop

aahhh i see.....
My whole objective here is to destroy a couple stock 2 strokes. One of them i can beat until we go up a hill. the other is just crazy fast stock and can go 45mph. I told them i was just getting an exaust bc theyd notice that but not about the 100cc kit. Do you think i'll complete my objective? thanks sean

Yeah because 40 on my speedo is actually 32 mine with all the mods before the upgear did 48 gps would not go any faster, thats as fast as the stock gears would allow

There you go 45 is doable with a little more power and taller gearing you will be there. Alleyoop

DX
It will take quality parts. And a stack of cash.
This is the engine I am building now. NCY 50mm piston, cylinder and head with A9 cam. Hoca 44mm stroker crankshaft. 20mm carburetor. (later to be EFI). K&N air filter. Stock exhaust with muffler cut off and a SuperTrapp installed. Naraku perfomance variator and clutch. Hoca 16/50 gears.

I'm really not looking to hit 50+mph I just want to be able to pull hills without losing a lot of speed. A steady 35-40mph up hills is my goal, but getting to 50mph would be a bonus.
If I count the new engine and stator I bought from scrappy (i didn't want to use the engine that is in it now). So far I have over a thousand dollars into this build, and that doesn't include the EFI. I don't have an exact total, but will post an itemized list later in my stroker build thread.
