I am about 460 feet above sea level. What jet size should I be running with a free flow exhaust and filter? Anyone help me with this?
This is on a 150cc gy6 in a SSR Rowdy. I Thought I made a sig with that info but I Guess not.

Depends on your engine and carb size that you did not mention what you have .

You may opt for a jet kit as it often takes testing a few sizes before its right

Well, to give you an example, I had a #107 main jet in my GY6 150, and went up to a 125 when I put my performance exhaust on, ported the intake and carb, and UNI filter and intake on it. It ran a little rich, so I had to back down to a #120, and seems to be pretty good now. Jet kits (normally 5 diff. sizes) can be found for cheap on Ebay and gives you some tuning room with the help of an accessable A/F screw.

The jetting is all in the airflow i run a 115 jet in my t3 with my handmade big valve head and performance exhaust, most will say its to big but its not runs like a monster, i'm running a 110 jet in my tapout scoot with a custom handmade head with all the bells and whistles also. More airflow = more gas needed to run right
