i got my scooter from superiorpowersports.com. everything went perfectly, no problems with order, no problems with shipping, no problems with support. they kept me informed right up until delivery. received MCO and BILL OF SALE the day before my scooter arrived 12 days after order. nothing was damaged, well a few scratches on the plastic but nothing serious.
then two days later i noticed the VIN didn't match the MCO/BILL OF SALE. immediately requested a new MCO and told them the problem. initially i didn't receive a response but kept calling and emailing. don't bother with online chat, i never got a response from them but a week later i finally got confirmation that they are working on it. i'm still waiting atm so i guess i will edit when/if i get the correct paperwork.
edit: forgot about this post. i finally got the right paper work. iicr it took about 2 weeks from the time they finally responded. customer support after they receive your money is definitely at the bottom of their list but they at least got it done.

Purchased my SSR Gensen from SuperiorMotorSports last summer. Transaction was easy. A couple calls, I ordered the unit I wanted, it was waiting for me a week later.
I picked up from their warehouse, since it's about 1/2 hour from me. I've gone back a couple times to pick up a couple other items, such as a helmet for my daughter and son. They are always very helpful.

My experience with Superiorpowersports.com was not so good. We live in New York, and the wife ordered a Roketa 127cc online in February. It arrived on time, but had a large hole in the bottom of package that darn near everything fell out of somewhere along the way. It had no keys with it, and after several calls, they sent all new locks and keys. Had to have a temp key made so I could unlock the storage to change the lock without breaking it open. No owner guide or assembly guide. Was missing most of the bolts/screws, rear drum brakes, mirrors, and the hub assembly that connects to the speedo cable was messed up. Multiple calls and emails followed. It's been since February, and finally got most of the parts, The mirrors they sent were for a scooter with much smaller mounting posts. Gave up on those and bought generic mirrors that fit.Still no assembly guide after multiple calls/emails about it. Fortunately, I've wrenched plenty of 70's/80's bikes, and my friend is a bike mechanic at a major dealer, so we had a good idea where it all went. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with them has been far less than stellar. - Andy
