Month old taotao needs massive body and frent end work.
I have road rash to the bone on knee and elbow.. Durrango goes thru intersection and didnt see me.

Im following yellow line path and suv was coming from the left.  SUV came to rest with me and scoot under front end. |

Ouch, I feel for ya. It seems like it is always the bigger vehicles. Every time one has pulled out in front of me, it has been an suv and the driver had a phone in there ear. I have managed to avoid them, because I ride like everybody is out to get me.

They should double the insurance on SUV's. They together with the 6/8cyinder durango type of cars, and the chevy silverado- type of trucks, are the worst in traffic.
Drivers don't look, are drunk behind their wheels, or on the cellphone, causing massive casualties as they do only minor mistakes...
Glad you came off alive.
Get him to pay your medical bills, and a new scooter man! A brand new one, shiny and cool! Better than what you had before! LOL!
Like if your scoot was a 150cc, get a 250 or more, and put little money into patching up the 150. That way you can have 2 scoots, for little money.

FLA no fault. If I had a 150 or higher I would have to have insurance etc but since its a 50cc and basically like a bicycle to the law they should pay all bills and damages. Going to have lost wages too now  |
