Let me guess, broken kick start and electric starter does not work.

kick start and electric work lines need replaced new battery, the battery and cdi were soaked with water

I'll put a 63cc in it i took off my t3 with 300 miles and a new head, new coil, cdi carb, lines i have all the stuff and sell it for 250
