Gy6 store is on my s#%t list they are rude very the wouldn't even check on when my order went out for shipping. We get 100's of orders a day Well no s#%t it a business. Can't take time for something I'm waiting for I guess I won't have time to order from them at all any more. Its parts for scooters from now on. All the packages from the variator say koso on them. Springs, weights but a rip off variator. I'm buying a whole bunch of stuff from parts for scoots and took everything out of the gy6 store and ebay. They are great to deal with so I'll deal with them exclusively. No Hai Marys or Our Fathers I just talk to Him like a Father!!

98 % of all sliders and rollers are nylon because it is cheap but will work ok unfortunately nylon has micro carbide bits in it as a byproduct of its manufacturing process thats why its made into green scrubbers you know scotch bright is pure nylon
delrin however is far superior as a bushing I would happily pay for a set of delrin sliders. hint hint on a cnc mill I have have seen a steel cutting bit last through thousands of delrin parts and still be razor sharp
for nylon .... even titanium nitride coated cobalt won't last for very long
delrin however cost a little more

I'll take em!! And one of my carbs has a air mixture screw the other dosent they are both stock carbs. I put a # main jet in one with a #34 idle jet and the other has a # 30 idle jet and a # main for a quick change if need be. However I will look into those rollers you mentioned when I get my variator squared away and I have 2 to beat up before I get my real Koso and the good rollers. Coool beans everything just seems to come out in the wash and I like it. I just hope the bolt I lost didn't fall in the crankshaft casing oops! Just kidding!

What if that Mopedfactory is buying these parts without the stamp so they have something good to sell at a reasonable price!! It's not unheard of for a company to sell their seconds or their product without the original stamp as a unbranded product!! Think about it before you act, but let me know what happens I'm really curious about this issue. Keep me posted. God Bless!!

They are great to deal with so I'll deal with them exclusively. No Hai Marys or Our Fathers I just talk to Him like a Father!! Other than there operation in Puerto Rico they have a operation in Shelby NC. a bit of a drive but not that far from me. I called them so see if I could only purchase one Wheel of a set the sell and was informed no, ok, then I if they had will call, he said Huh? whats that/ I had to explain it to him. I wanted to put the product in my hand as Im doing a rear disc brake conversion and they have most of the parts there. Nope No will call. Ok, so then this fool starts to tell me I'm crazy and how dangerous it is to have a rear disc brake on a scooter. Huh?, he says you scooter people only use the rear brake and you don't want all that brake, and then your hardware will come loose catch in the caliper. Duh!! I didn't even go into the whole Dude if been riding forty five+ years and hold a AMA competition license line of crap. he has product for sale and earns a living off the profits from this sales and is doing everything he can to Not Take Money, that fool would last ten minuets working for me not even a second chance. Placed my oder with Partsforscooters and instant order confirmation then shipping confirmed Thurs, arrived in NC this afternoon on Saturday!! There order process rocks!! Boom!!!

?!?! what why is a disk supposed to be dangerous on a back wheel? sounds like magic thinking to me if its good on the front is good on the back its could be useful to be able to break the back end free on a scoot
i miss power sliding on my bike

What a FN idiot that guy was. I bet it was the gy6 store right? I can't get my scoot since that stud broke. The timing is on and I get a backfire and no ignition. Do you know what could be wrong I took this apart and timed it with the proper tourque about 5 times and still won't start!!! ?

Maybe it’s a bit lean and/or there is big leak where the exhaust bolts to the head. Do you have an exhaust gasket, or feeling a lot of air coming out there? Sometimes the little ring gasket will fall out when you take the exhaust off. What jet do you have in there, the or the ?

I have a jet a 34 slow jet. The exhaust has the small gasket in it. I have spark fuel the timing is right on the money and the valve gap is .oo4 what it is supposed to be. I even used either and it wont start. W.T.F. is up with this. The exhaust valve bent in my big valve head. I set it up the way I got it when the dealer did it. I put the stock head the stock cam back in and nothing!!! I'm stumped with this.

My brother in law put the cam in 180 degrees off and when it backfired flames came out of the exhaust and the exhaust valve bent.

My brother in law put the cam in 180 degrees off and when it backfired flames came out of the exhaust and the exhaust valve bent. We did this once before in one of our drag bikes we built way back in the day. While we didn't bend a valve, we were stunned that it would run at all. Sorry to hear. Matt
