So i get out from the house and my scooter was laying on the side, it's a 11 years old scoot with perfect paint and now it has 4 major scratches deep in the plastic, it was not on the main stand and it was a very windy day here today, i have take very well care of this scoot because i was the mechanic all the time when something went wrong, before it starts right up but now it takes a while to start and also it has a rattling noise from where i'm not sure but it seems it comes from the transmission, do you guys know what is the first thing can go wrong when it falls on the side?

Qingqi 125 10-D per previous posting . . so probably a typical GY6 engine.
Engine oil MAY have drained out of the valve cover vent port . . and soaked the inlet air filter, if connected to that housing.
Trying to diagnose a deficiency telepathically is pretty much an exercise in futility . . how about a little more initiative on your part!

But thanks anyway, tomorow i will check everything to see what happend. And yes this is the scoot that you mention, a 125

I can't really think of why falling over would make it rattle in the cvt area. Maybe some of the cooling ducting is interfering with the engine cooling fan?

CVT rattle: make sure the CVT cover bolts are secure. i'm not sure if a flip roller would cause a rattle, but check those too. check the heat shield between the variator and the engine. one of the mounting holes on mine broke and allowed the shield to contact the variator.
the ramp plate guides could be broken.

So like i say the sound come from the end of the variator on the clutch spring but i may be the gears also, i will check them if they are in place now. Who knows maybe they a litlle bit out of place..

So guys i found my problem, 2 years ago i remove the kick start because i was broken and i try to fix it but i get only angry with that piece of S, anyway it was a the hole in the crankcase for the things of the kickstart in wich it was a spacer that i just forgot there, now with the fall that thing come off because it landed on the tranmission side. Duh..easy fix only that it need to take the clutch away and all those bolts, now i put it back together because it's a sunny nice day here in a long time and the scoot must be ready
