Ok fellas, I too am a Machine mechanic with 37 years experience, (and most recently a Plant Engineer). I have worked on many many chains, different types too. .Part of my responsibilities was purchasing tools, parts and supplies of all types. I too have never heard the name Sweller. I figured Different parts of the country call things by different names. I would also like to know more about this tool . Now my curiosity kicked in. So, if it's not too much trouble, Please share info with us... It may help a fellow scooterist out ;D

make sure the motor is grounded to the frame. thats what it sounds like to me.--no starter, no spark all motor grounds yet everything with chassis ground works

[replyingto=jrnyman]jrnyman[/replyingto]I don't know about that. If I had it ,I would attempt to put RC actuators in it. Shifting would certainly be a challenge. I'm shocked that with his talents, he hasn't already done it

yeah the muffler bracket bolts. they go into the case. If you need to, just take out one of the gearbox case bolts, and bring it with you. It's the same thread size. you probably need them a little longer.
