Go to the Tomos USA website and look up dealers in your state. Even delivered and assembled by a mechanic, a Nitro-150 will be less than $2,500.

Yes there are but I don't need another thing to have to carry around. Besides the GPS app on my phone is excellent why would I want to buy something else unless it could be as versatile as this helmet. If they can do the helmet for around $500 I would consider it I have seen similar concepts projected at that amount... I just don't see this helmet being $500 unless the company offers different models with different features.

Current moped/scooter laws in Indiana.
Under 18, valid State ID, and loads of safety gear.
Over 18, just a valid State ID.

I use my bike for business travel quite a bit I already have most of the capability of this helmet built into the bluetooth that I use but I would welcome the navigation abilities that the HUD incorporates. It looks a lot easier than trying to mount your phone and having to deal with the possibility of destroying it due to water damage or whatever. I can tell you having to fiddle with getting everything right with the headset and the helmet and the jacket and the balaclava etc. is aone single unit that is compatible with everything sounds good to me. There's GPS models specifically designed for bikes that are shock proof and weather proof.

it's an interesting idea but i think it would annoy me. i don't want my helmet telling me when and where to turn.[/quote] I don't think you'd be require to have the GPS on all the time.

Nice but not nice enough for the amount that they're probably asking for the helmet. I am wondering how much they will ask for that helmet. I am thinking $1,000+ Which is way more than most are willing to spend on a helmet. plus i constantly drop my helmet and dropping this one will probably ruin the display. I wouldn't be surprised if it's at least that much. It's probably more. My moped is $1,550. I'll drop $250 on a helmet for a bike that price but not $1,000+.

I got hired this morning and earned $17 for two hours of work today. Now if I only work for a few hours a day for the next two months I will have a moped by Spring. BTW, any of you know what month Spring starts in?

Again nobody has answered my question. How is it that regulating mopeds or scooters is an undue burden. . Every other motor vehicle on the road needs a licensed driver and registration. I'm always baffled at how some think a scooter or moped should be immune to proper regulation for on-road use. Vehicles aren't in the Constitution so I have no issue with license and registration.

If so, he should be locked up. You boys need to do some research. You can't just go locking someone up unless they're a current danger to themselves or others.

It's called a lack of respect. If you're respectful to me then I'll be respectful back. If you harass me then I'm going to confront you. I'm not someone who just tucks their tail between their legs. You get the respect you earn. There are plenty of people out there willing to knock the out of you disabled or not. You have a huge chip on your shoulder that will get you nowhere. Back to your topic. Again if its on the road it should be licensed and registered. BTW-as a paraplegic I always find disabled "tough guys" interesting. They can fight but not work regular hours...... What makes you think that I have a physical disability?
