This is the head i bought , its a 58.5 . I have a 2020 150cc spark with 14incb wheels. 60mm bbk, free flow exhaust , 18:36 gears, Taida high performance clutch and variator. I bought the aluminum forged clutch pully, 30mm carb , A9 cam and i also have an oil cooler. I ended up just ordering the ncy 58.5 head. the valve springs on the fiirst head i bought had to be junk. This scoot has very good power now and i did a gps run at 70mph on a straight run. Anyone have any input on the head in the pic?

Just got my 2 new vitacci spark 150. So far it runs good stock. I have to check to see if the speedo is accurate . If its accurate it seems to run over 60mph . I'm def sceptical about that, but I'll just have to GPS it.

What voltage are you getting from the battery alone?

I've been gone for awhile but I'm back and waiting for a couple 150cc Scoots to get here. Its a Vitacci SPARK 150 Scooter. I didnt really look around and I just bought them . It has 14in rim's and I'm buying an extra engine so I can build it up as I ride the new Scoots. After I install the new engine in my scoot , I'll then be able. To build up that engine to replace the other one. They are actually for my girl and myself. I'm just not sure what size bbk I'm going to use .

We should throw a party after your scoot is fixed, this is one of the trickiest issues I've seen so far, hope it works this time. If it does fix it . I would have to say it wasn't necessarily tricky, it was that the answer was somewhat ignored " and I don't mean that in a smart a-s way " and it wasn't that murky just ignored it . the answer was " if it is the starter clutch " thrown aside by others because they never had this type oof issue , which is understandable.

Is there any practical way to flush out all the old oil, also we talked briefly about the oil pump, is this still of concern or should i just try to replace the clutch first? While u have the side opened up , u can remove and examine it. I don't think the pieces came from it. You really can't see if its working unless u have everything together and the start the scoot with the valve Cover off.

Good find , def replace the starter clutch. . as for the pieces . don't worry right now . replace the clutch and see if it starts . listen for noise . after 100 miles check the oil for pieces of metal . you will have some but should not have big chunks , unless there are still more inside that may come out .
