Get the Vespa! I have nothing against Chinese scooters, and keeping them up and running is part of the fun. However, there is something about having a machine with a more refined design, a design that pays attention to how you interact with the machine. They were both pretty ummm well wimpy.... I mean, goin on about "if I only had a heart" is not exactly macho. Then of course C3-PO didn't exactly have a macho walk-- it's kind of like asking which member of the village people was the most macho. Hey! I was going to use that. Oh well, I will just have to do a bonus more macho now. |

On a Stella the rear brake is activated by a pedal on the right floorboard, the front brake is the lever on the right handlebar. The lever on the left handlebar is the clutch, and the left bar end rotates to shift gear. It is squeeze and twist to shift on the left side. Any problem you would have with the left lever would be a clutch problem. I do not know what the solution is, just the problem.
