Don't know of Steve, but I know Lou is a nice guy for real. Plus he was The Incredible Hulk--how more macho can you get than that?! Plusplus he's got that realistically hot gal with him.
Although to be honest, I think Steve looks better....

My vote goes to Steve, he was Mister Universe and Hercules , plus he could act better than Lou.

I thought Lou was also a Mr Universe. Wasn't he a multiple-winner? And he was Hercules, too. That I know--I remember seeing a video of it.
And then of course he was THE Incredible Hulk, for real--no CGI crap. A real-life Hulk doing real-life (aided with fx) super-stuff. I'm sorry, it's just better seeing a real man lift and toss a car instead of computer-created characters doing it. I know, there were lifts and mechanical aids, but it was still really there. There's a mass and real-ness that's always missing from CGI.
I won't argue about the acting, having never seen any of Steve's work.
