Barb wire. It causes a more impressive wound.

I'd say the hair is a draw, but Boris is a more macho name.

I built myself a banana seat bicycle to relive some of the 70s. It is similar to a Sears Spyder, with a stick shift and all. It's more about building them that riding them these days.

We watched "Beach Bum", starring Mathew McConauhey as Moon Dog on NetFlix. You may have noticed that this movie was not shown in theaters for very long. My wife still wanted to see it because of McConauhey. -I thought it was worth watching at home. Moon Dog is a likable poet, wasting his life, which is a non-stop party. He is still a good writer. He just gets his inspiration from partying. Sort of a modern Dean Martin that can't sing. -The funniest scene was when Moon Dog went out on the boat with Martin Lawrence. I won't be a spoiler. -The story was tough to follow at times, but there were plenty of laughs. It wasn't a Cheech and Chong styled movie. There was more of a story. -I was not happy with the way the movie ended. There were enough funny scenes to make up for it. -Some nudity and the f-word is used with impunity.

I'm still waiting for that "SOMETIME", chopperguy. I still watch Pink Panther cartoons on weekend mornings on one of the obscure antenna channels.

I'm glad the Fashion/Helix is still running strong. I dont think I have ever been held up by a Harley while riding my scoot. Cagers usually hold me up.

That could have been catastrophic. It's not easy to inspect the triple trees on most scooters.

Tennessee Tuxedo owned a walrus. Big Daddy can't top that.

It was very hot today, so we made a stop to hydrate.

Agree with concrete shoes. It's the preferred method on Staten Island.

I want to change my vote to the USS Constitution after reading about Thomas Jefferson and the Barbary Pirates. -The US, along with European powers had been making tribute payments to the Barbary Pirates for years in exchange for the safe passage of their ships through the western Med. -upon election, president Thomas Jefferson declared that the US would no longer make the tribute payments. -the Barbary Pirates declared war on US ships. -President Jefferson responded by dispatching an armada of American warships. -The very sight of the frigate Constitution convinced the emporer of Tangiers to renounce his demand for tribute and release all American hostages.

I would expect some occasional electric gremlins but otherwise few problems. The Maddog should be easy to troubleshoot since you will not need to remove body panels to do it.

I have not seen either. I'm thinking Lion King redux will be better on the big screen, with the suttle expressions on the characters faces and those African landscape scenes. The last Disney type movies I saw were the Jumanji redux and Despicable Me III.

We saw "Once upon a time in Hollywood" today starring Pit and Di Caprio. It contained a lot of nostalgia from the 1960s. If you are under 45 years, the nostalgia will not interest you. The plot will not make sense to a young adult either. -Like any Tarrantino movie, there is plenty of profanity. -Beyond that, the characters were funny and likeable. The theatre was packd with ladies. -not necessary to see it on the big screen.
