Figures don't lie but,, Lie-rs can Figure Man u got to do the numbers, No fun if you don't. If I did the numbers... I wont be here asking now would I??? I figure someone here would of already done it... I'm just looking for better top speed where my engine isn't whining out... only reason I got 51mph with down wind cuz of the bigger variant or... stock variant or got me 45mph. If you have 15/51 go with 18/46 Alleyoop Is that the biggest top end??? Might be too much... I'm only looking for milder top end... so what are the 17-41 n 16-42??..

So stock is 15/51... 13-1 ratio... stupid low... I'm not looking for 80mph but at least faster than stock... I'm running a bbk 100cc with 26mm carb n a UNI filter... it has good power n tops off too fast... im doing 51mph says my gps... can't trust the chinometer... so I want some suggestions on gears... three choices... 17-41, 16-42, or 18-46???

So I played around with the jets... since my 20mm carb was running good with #72 jet... I started with that... #72 on the 26mm carb... it had good power until 3/4 throttle then it would lean out... then I tried #75... almost there with some leaning on top end... then I used #80 jet... hurray.. was good... it ran great with good power without bogging... holds power better now...

Is the bbk 47mm piston or 52mm? why did you put a 26mm carb on a 50cc ? its way too rich you really need a 20 0r 22 mm carb Its a 52mm kit...

check the spark plug? my 50cc with the 100cc bore kit ran fine for a while... then it didn't like starting after like a week... it seems that the bigger jet was too rich and fouling the spark plug... so I put back the stock 50cc jet... ever since it started a lot easier with a few times of no start... when that happens I use the kick start... seems like the bigger bore has more compression and slows down the starter which is why I use the kick start to give it that fast stroke.

some one gave me a blown 2011 Chinese bigbang qmb139 50cc... so I spent some cash and put new crank, 100cc bore kit, variator, clutch spring, cdi/coil, ngk iridium plug, stroker naraku cam, leo vince exhaust, 8-1 gears... so my 26mm 150cc carb came in today and I installed it with some minor mods with the cable mount so I still can use the 50cc cable. primed it and started right up... I can definitely feel the power difference with the bigger carb.... BUT ONLY ONE ISSUE... once past 1/4 throttle... it bogs and sputters spewing black smoke... i'm guessing the jet that came with the carb is too big... I compared it to my # jet and it looks twice as big... i'm guessing it's a # or #100 or something like that... so now that I explained what I did so u guys can get an idea... I want to know what size jet can I use with my 26mm carb on a 100cc engine???
