What i'm thinking of doing is grinding the 2 mounting peices off the pipe, and relocate them and bend them so they fit then weld them back on. Does this sound like a good idea?
thanks sean

As you can see i'm trying to put an aftermarket exaust i got off ebay on my scooter. The bolts are way off so i'm going to try to bend them so theyll fit. Also the brackets that attach to the muffler part, what are they supposed to hang on to? the plastic fender is flimsy and wont cut it. thanks sean Attachments:

Right now for my front tire I have a 120/70-12. On my back tire I have a 130/70-12. Next time I change my back tire I was thinking of putting a bigger back tire on like a 150/70-12 So I would gain more top end.
Is this a good idea? How much more top end will I gain? thanks sean

My scooter was idleing funny and everytime I adjusted the idle and gave it some gas it was back up to the high revs. Ended up my throttle cable was out of adjustment and I had to tighten it. Sean

What can I use to take apart my back clutch like take the torque sleeve and stuff off? If you have to use the clutch puller, where can I buy one?

haha Can't belive what you guys do to warm up your scooters. I keep mine in a heated garage and drive it to school at -5 Celsius and it starts up fine.
