Wow all that for a headlight? It shouldn't be called a maintenance cover if you have to take part half the scooter. I thought it would be easier since I could reach the back if the bulb from underneath. Well I guess I have a lot to learn as I am a new first time scooter owner. I guess the first thing I need is a repair manual. I found and downloaded the owners manual online but I can't find the repair one. The ZNEN website doesn't offer either which I think is kinda crappy. Thank you very much for the info.

Thanks for the info!! I am spending the day with my Scooter my toolbox and my repair manual. I have never worked on a scooter before but it can't be to much different from a motorcycle which I have worked on. Wish me luck!! Thanks again.

I just purchased my first Scooter, a 2007 Znen 250T-B. I am so excited to start riding but I have a few concerns. First of all it won't idle when at a stop which for a first time rider is a real bummer trying to keep it running while applying both brakes to avoid jumping forward. When I took it for a test ride it idled so I figured he had ridden it quite a ways before I got there. I took it out yesterday and it wouldn't idle and runs rough at slow speeds. It was quite a bit colder yesterday when I drove it though only 40 degrees. Could that be the reason? It also needs a new muffler so I thought that might be a reason also. My second concern is there is a clunking sound coming from the front when I apply the brakes, any idea what it might be? The brakes still work fine though. My last question is about rear tire replacement. The manual says to get 110/ -12 tires. Should I stick with that or is there something better? Any advice you guys (and Gals) could give me would be GREATLY appreciated. I can hardly wait to ride but it figures we are getting a snow storm today
