Is the bbk 47mm piston or 52mm? why did you put a 26mm carb on a 50cc ? its way too rich you really need a 20 0r 22 mm carb

I can hook two battery's together and it still drags with the battery charger attached, it is still slow turning over. It now has 150 compress eon I have rechecked the timing and valves more then once even taking the topend out too see if the crank turns freely which it does I wish it was the crank I can replace a crank in a afternoon . I have also tried unpluging the CDI and it still turns over slowly

Yep I have cleaned and checked all connections, I can take jumper cables and go straight to the starter still it acts like its dragging it just won,t spin fast enough to start the engine.

Scooter is hard to start , when you try and start it the motor acts like The battery is low . It is slow to turn over it will start if the motor turns over fast enough. Some times it will turn over fast enough and starts right up most times it drags turns over once or twice that's it like the battery is low and its not. Heres what I have tried New battery 2 of them,New starters 2 diff ones, new Bendix's,still turns over slow ,replaced the Bendix bushings the two in the case thought maybe the Bendix was binding,it has a new top end with the old top end which had only 80lbs of compression it did the same thing slow to turn over . I don,t know how much amps the starter is trying to pull wish I did ,I put a new top end in and the crank turned over very easily seemed smooth enough when it does start it docent run very fast like about 25 to 30 it used to run almost 50.HELP lol anyone?

I just put a BBK in, its a 47mm kit it dosent run very strong something is a miss . Compression is 120 lb think this should be higher I have checked the vales @ 04 ther not to tight , even when I squrit oil in the plug hole it only goes up about 5 more lbs . Shouldn,t it be higher?
