I just put a BBK in, its a 47mm kit it dosent run very strong something is a miss . Compression is 120 lb think this should be higher I have checked the vales @ 04 ther not to tight , even when I squrit oil in the plug hole it only goes up about 5 more lbs . Shouldn,t it be higher?

did you stagger the rings when you put the BBK on if not the you will have lower compression and did you home the cylinder it helps the rings to seat

Make sure you have a fully charged battery and retest . John

what i mean is to stagger the rings is the end gap if they are lined up you will have low compression they need to be set as far apart as possible like 8 2 and 6 oclock prosition

f your compression didnt raise much by squirting oil in the cylinder it is most likely nothing to do with the rings sealing its probably your valves leaking a little bit.

Just F.Y.I when checking compression you have to hold the throttle wide open otherwise it will register low. It has to suck in as much air as possible, motors run with lots of air and a little bit of fuel. Alleyoop

Did you check the ring end gap? 1st ring gap should be.007 inches the 2nd ring gap should be .009 inches
