Go to www.homedepot.com/p/TruFuel-4-Cycle-Ethanol-free-Fuel-6527238/203571144Get that Drill a 1/4 inch hole in the cap insert a long 1/4 inch pop rivet add washer so as not to split the plastic carefully close the rivet tight so the expanded aluminum tube sticks out the top when when the cap is on Remove the steel mandrel The rivet should have expanded big enough for a 3/8 inch fuel line to fit on with a hose clamp add a filter somewhere inline screw the can back under the cap turn upside down pop a little bitty hole in the bottom of the can to break the vacuum Should last long enough to figure out what you need to If you want to refill with pump gas just plug the vacuum port with your finger

Sorry I get a little heated sometimes.
I strongly recommend getting folding pegs if you have not yet A stiff strong peg protruding out from your bike behind your leg Will break or severely damaged your leg if your foot makes contact with the road at even modest speeds when cornering more than your comfortable with putting your foot down is sometimes automatic

Instal a temporary gravity feeding fuel tank just strap something to the rack that can hold gas and has a fuel port If the problem goes away then it's the pump

how can someone get hurt by your open faced CVT? before i put passenger pegs on my scoot, my passenger had to used the muffler for the right foot, and the CVT case for the left. i can just see their left foot slipping off. You allowed this to happen !? That is extremely dangerous! and you dare to tell me how to be safe What the is wrong with you sell your scoot right now You should not be allowed to have one If you even have one. your probably a troll. every single scooter I have ever seen has foot pegs molded into the bodywork or folding metal pegs. You can not pass a DOT inspection without some form of foot platform for any passenger. The back end is wide and hangs far out over both the cvt cover and the muffler both of which bounce up and down in relation to the seat and the muffler is BLOODY HOT is will melt a freaking shoe. So if you did something like that to a girlfriend who was NOT imaginary she would fall off the dang scooter And she would have burnt and bruised feet before she even hit the stinking ground. Also most cvt covers have the air box occupying the space above No room for a foot It's also hard enough to keep a muffler on the bike with all the bashing up and down it does. That I expect with the extra weight it would FALL OFF !!!!!! YEAAARRRHHGGG😡😤

How is someone going to injure themselves on the belt of my scooter. What scenario of reasonable behavior include stuffing your hand or foot into a running motor Considering the fact that any time I am away from the scooter its off and if it's running and I am not on it going somewhere I am sitting on it in traffic. considering that .... I am going to conclude you are wrong But please feel free to jam something important to you into a scooter motor. It's the same as sticking it into a garbage disposal Not something that will garner you sympathy in a court of law
And making an even worse correlation is not the way to avoid looking like big brother Nanny

A 16 inch wheel needs different size swing arms and the final drive gears are shorter. You basically need a hole new motor You can however install a 110/ /13. It will not be as tall as a 16 inch rim and tire but you will notice a difference in handling and top speed. I put a 110/70/13 on my front as that was all the fender would fit. You can re drill the mounting holes and fit the 110/ /13 on the front if you want to do the work. It would have the bonus of completely correcting speedometer if you did I got the Shinko SR567F Scooter Tire - 110/ -13/ Blackwall it was well on its way to forty thousand miles when the scooter it was on was stolen

In most major cities you can find a tool & bolt type store Ask for a ((class 12.9 metric zinc socket head bolt in size XYZ )) Or you can hand them a sample and get what ever grade you want in that style bolt Here in PHX it's Copper State Bolt and Nut.

Boots are a must your feet are the closest thing to the ground And the first thing you try to save your self with. any and every time you fall on a bike your feet take the brunt. I also think it's a good idea to find a gym or a dojo and learn how to fall. It will take a month or two of practice to teach your body but the potential to fall is life long. A good investment in my book its a good idea but falling off a bike is different then falling while on your feet, and falling off a scooter is also completely different and in a crash you probably won't have time to react and fall properly, all you have is your gear, I wear my Justin lace up work boots, they make great riding boots, The scooter landed on top of me after some dumb..k hid a brick at the end of my driveway, and if I hadn't had the support of tightly laced tall boots, I'm sure I would have broken my ankle, plus the exhaust burned a hole in my jeans, on top of the boot, before I could get the bike off myself I have had a number of crashes on bike, scooter, minibike, and motorcycle. After I got some training and learned how to fall. I noticed that I still performed the movements even without having time to think. Much less bruising thou still got the rash

What kinda idiot 😒 .... It's COMMON !!!!
Well you can find the correct spring I did. Now I wonder how the springs are in my new scoot 😕 I haven't done the first valve adjustment yet maybe I should do a preemptive inspection 😑

If you have the spring on the inside twist in the same direction as the spring on the outside. It can cause the two springs to bind together So now I check to make sure the coils are crossed It will probably never ever happen again to any body ever I was lucky it only broke the spring and didn't trash the head I don't know how I ended up with a spring wound the wrong way I didn't know that was even something that happened
How does a broken spring normally happen? I assume metal fatigue and destructive harmonics

Yea I know it's all nerfed and dumbed down ARRGG I WILL MAKE THE GOOD STUFF👹 So I started with stock parts and cut unneeded material Some times a casting is shaped the way it is for good reason But that doesn't mean that reason applies to my goals I have the freedom to try what I think will work So I do. I learned as much from what does not work as what does That and some of the parts really are better choices Like the snowflake clutch bell it is lighter than stock by about 200 grams but still more than strong enough my Ti retainers www.amazon.com/ScootsUSA-169-420-4508-Titanium-Spring-Retainers/dp/B00MXJBS4I/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1504668151&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=valve+spring+retainer+gy6+150Yes I know why it broke the dang thing was upside down. It got bound up with the other spring I would love to get my hands on some bee hive springs in a proper size for a 150 And I really want an air amplifier It would probably revolutionize small engine boosting If only ppl would realize what they really do What do think you can do with 15 psi max boost
