I guess I better test mine out too, or I may just put the stock fan back to be on the safe side we all know it works fine.

I have used scrappys big valve heads, but they used to be made by buford, he doesn't work there now so the quality won't be as high. They make a big difference no clearance issues and work well with 50mm kits 24mm carbs and stock 150cc manifolds.

The super 8 probably has a higher quality stock fan than the mainland China scoots most of us own.

Bigger carbs like the 23-24mm are for 50s with 100cc kits and ported big valve head a9 cam etc.

No need for big carbs on 39mm pistons it won't work right. Get a 18-20mm for 39mm piston.

I use 91 or mine did try to denotate on regular gas on the highway, some say it's overkill but I seen it first hand. Won't tell you unless I tried it be safe use higher octane at least on a modified motor. Better to be safe then sorry.

If you must use a gasket use the one that came with ncy gasket set its thinner and only use one rtv the other side.

Chain will be too tight you need a bigger combustion chambered head

Piston hitting the head? I ran a matching combustion chambered head the ncy is 58.5.

Oh never mind thought you meant 50mm kit with 39mm head it will have a lot less power with a 50mm head and 39mm piston, not suggested.
