Was thinking the same thought the 61mm has less metal on the cylinder walls probably the 4mm and 60mm kit is my safest bet the 6mm is more for racing and may cause issues

Man string of bad luck around here two wreck posts in two days I almost wiped out taking a corner too fast too. You'll like the 150 its fast enough without mods for in town glad your ok.

Easier to get a new head I have several both valve length I'd sell very cheap cost me ten bucks to ship it so I'd sell it for 15 25 bucks total

Christmas is coming and may ask Santa aka wife for a 6mm stroker and a 63mm bbk I want to max my scoot I figure with 198cc and an even taller gear set up I can make my scoot comfortable highway capable. Will add an oil cooler also. Will be cheaper to add these mods than to buy a motorcycle.

Most you can just remove the front cowl and seat. But my 150 I have to remove the motor to adjust the valves.

I say go big or not at all the 44mm kit isn't much better than stock 63cc isn't enough to pull hills. The 50mm airsal with stock head is the way to go but still wasn't enough for me is why I got a 150. It is the perfect in town rider can ride 1/4 throttle in town and get on it and blow by cars. A 50 with an airsal is adequate for town riding and hills and is safer since you can accelerate away from danger. The big bore kits don't increase top speed by much you have change the gearing and weights after you up the displacement to see bigger gains. Most kits on 50s just increase acceleration and hill climb without a gear upgrade. I don't recommend a gear upgrade on a 44mm kit not enough power to pull the taller gear.
