Yeah there are bolts in there too I have to remove 8 screws and four bolts to get my seat off and have to pull the motor to adjust my valves.

I don't buy the new racing cdis they are junk in my opinion either go with a orange or casoli cdi that is if it takes the same cdi as a gy6 I'm not familiar with the pedal scoots.

If something was in the pipe it would make the plug sooty, take the pipe off and shake it out. Must be something fairly large or it would fly out when you hit the throttle.

My stepson has been running a stock head with his 50mm kit for 2000 miles didn't lose top end gained torque. If you don't like it just switch it back after inspection.

Put the egr stock head back for inspection it will run fine.

So far it runs awesome still paranoid of the timing chain since it was tight, put 20 miles on it yesterday. I'll do a highway run after I break it in and helmet cam it. Taking it easy on it I can cruise at 1/4 throttle at 45 mph on Speedo which is 40 real mph it will do 60 china Speedo at a little over half throttle which is around 50 real mph. Haven't attempted to max it out yet.

put your egr pieces back on the non egr head, you wont be able to screw down the piece that goes on the head you'll have to stick it down with quick steel or jb weld

My bike has a dc 12 pole stator my lights are plenty bright. I've had 10 scooters in the last few years and its definitely the brightest. I have night blindness but I can take my bike out at night and still see pretty good.
