How tight did you tighten your carb? The plastic spacer between carb and head crack easily.

Change the stator anytime my scooters acted like that the stator was the cause.

It is right in the link top dawg scooter Athens Georgia. I tried both spellings and it came up the same. So the op is correct they are an awful dealer by reviews you can tell this. So maybe not be so snarky next time.
