Mine has 14 gram rollers and it "shifts" at 5500 rpms but after that it will keep climbing until I let off I have ran it up to 9500 rpm. I ordered a 115 koso varaitor with 12 gram rollers. Hoping I can take off faster when it shifts I feel it lose power.

If you don't want to make a block off plate you could get some jb weld and fill the hole in the head. It just keeps exhaust from coming out.

Rip it all out and make a block off plate out of a thin piece of metal using a dermal or something like that. Then you can throw everything away and plug the vacuum line off of the intake elbow. But it does not make any change in power you gain nothing from taking it off other than losing a few pounds of crap.

Get some of the engine kits that go on bicycles then you would have the best of both worlds.

Has anybody had any luck advancing timing by drilling out the pickup coil and moving it?
