Same problem here, it sucks water vapor into the carb. Ive got to do something to block it off also. let me know?  |

I CHECKED FOR VACUUM LEAKS,AND THERE ARE NONE AT ALL.I WORKED 4 HOURS CKECKING. NEXT SUGGESTION PLEASE???  |

I just got scammed also! It has been one month with this new 2011 Jonway, Yes NEW 2011 Jonway 2t.Everything is wrong with it. I just got the paper work from the BBB to fill out. Man this is going to be hard for me. |

Well people, Power Ride Outlet won't send me my parts after saying they would.They must have let my warranty expire.I've been scammed! That's a lot of money for a scoot that wont run and that wasn't a new scoot.( >:(NEW 2011)Also have one year engine warranty too,in writing! Sorry I might be off the topic |

Just noticed gas is spitting out the back of my carb. I've seen guys start them up without gas comming out (no air box),guess another bad carb. Power Ride Outlet sent me. Just Wished I could get my cash back  |

Hey that'OK!! I just remembered that you can use propane,screw your tip off your torch an put a small hose on the end of it. turn the gas valve on real slow an if your engine idle increases, well I guess you know the rest.

My air box hose that goes to the back of the carb. is leaking gas.I put a good heavy duty hose clamp on it.but the hose is as hard as a rock. I mean I used a small socket an ratchet an really tightened it up but the plastic is so hard that it is impossible to get it to seal. Scrappy don't have the right one,Parts For Scooters Don't have one. (Air Box) So any ideas where to get one for a 2t 2011 Jonway 1E40QMB Jog Minarelli type engine? You got that right skuttadawg,now to find it and how? I guess carb. cleaner but it's kind of dangerous. I did find what looks like a cracked intake manifold boot. |

It does both at an idle,an then stalls out.Yea I have adjusted air mixture an idle an checks for air leaks an vacuum leaks,plus new carb from dealer,ect. There hows that! LOL!!! Oh it gets worse. |

I can't figure this out to save my sole!Having a big problem with high idle an low Idle after it's warmed up. I mean I've been through this scoot with a fine tooth comb,it's driving me nuts! New carb., adjusted air mixture, Idle, vacuum leaks ect.  Could it be the CDI?? |

Check your exaust manifold gasket (O RING) I just had a similar problem on my bran new 2t. If that little O ring is not seated right it will ilde crazy. It's worth checking.
