HD rode the wave with the Rebel and bad Boy thing till there Outdated tooling produced nothing but Junk, the same union pinheads ran JD and IH with that tooling, not a darn thing was straight or square in this engines and by the mid eighties was hard to find a farm tractor under 100 ptohp. made in America. Then they finally Re-tool and get away from Iron, Jeez bout time, then they were able to sell the pizz poor brakes and suspension to the new wave of wannabee rebs and Bad Boys the New Market of ignorant first time buyer the "Mid Life Crisis Bike" they ride as far as the local watering hole and stand around striking a pose in there silly uniform thats required to wear, oh ya not to forget the poor HD doing the idiotic potato potato thing that is now below minimum oil pressure and overheating, and strike another pose, go to Strokers over on Harry Hines on a thursday night and look around. ya they rode that wave for twenty some years now and have virtually Nothing to appeal to the younger market other than "Its a Harley" So hows that workin out for them?

Definitely Flynn, he had a unmatchable style and pizzazz.. I think a more formidable opponent to Flynn would be Fred Astaire..

Chewy ya did it again, knocked some sense out me. in the 80's I ran both a Horstman Plate and a Burco Shoe clutch on the Yam race Kart, the Burco you just added or subtracted weights that screwed to the shoes. Ill butcher up my OE clutch for testing.

Oh no., I'm running a Oversize Disc and requires a different bracket, I got it for GY-6 racing, so you can buy one and not have to make one. I do have the original mounting bracket that I'm Not using so If it is something you can use you can have it.

New for this summer is the Rear Disc brake. The Wheel is from a Bintelli and was fit with a New 13" Michelin. custom stainless brake line made locally courtesy of Viking Hoses here in Randleman.. Quick question: I'm installing a rear caliper on my GY6 (same as yours) but I need to add a washer as a spacer between the arm and the caliper in order to center the caliper on the disk. Is that what you had to do? Or does your rear caliper mount flush to the rear swingarm? Michael Yes I had to use a Shim in-between the Caliper and SwingArm
