Theres Allot more to Performance Exhaust System than a Matching or Larger Diameter Dumping into a Fart can i.e. Flow. I see nothing but Junk on the Market. Just a tad above Noise Maker. It will still Compliment Mods. Compliment We most likely won't see any descent product. The problem is these Scooter hit the Market at $600-800 or so. A for Real Exhaust will cost $400-$600+. So how many will Pony Up and dump that kind of coin? Very Very few. So the Market dictates to a Potential mfg, will not move on to R&D and production of a System that Knowbody will buy.

On a Stocker even if you just matched the Id of the pipe with the OD of the Exh. Port the Real World Gain won't amount to much or snit. you could Dump the Exh. into a Coffee can and it still won't be worth to much. The Can inside a Can Muffler like I had was Far more a issue than the head pipe Dia. Some Cylinder Heads that come with Oversize Valves have a larger Exh. Port so matching the to dimensions Will Compliment the BBK and Cylinder Head package. Both my Stock and 100% Guaranteed Genuine Fake Performance Exh. had a Big ol Chinese Globe of Snot Weld in the Id. JUNK!! If not have noticed and cleaned up, the extra $$$$ would have made it Lose power. You can Buy a Head pipe pretty darn close and with some home mods make work from. Kohler Twin 17hp and Onan Twin 19.9hp Power equipment. Millions of Onans around as they were also widley used as Generator Motors for R/V's. Find a Lawn and garden dealer and if he's been around awhile will have a bunch of scrap Onan's around. This will save you allot of time and money as the pipe has a flange on it already and the bend is not far off The Port and Starboard Pipes have different bends so get the one closest.

Tis a PuckerButt moment for sure. I think much more of the pain since I totaled my 970 Street Fighter in 13. Took 40+ years of riding to accomplish that.

Let me set the scene this afternoon. Hot, humid here in NC, craving some Mexican food. Skipped both Bikes to enjoy the A/C in the P-71 Here comes a couple ( male female) the opposite direction on a Fiddy. Both in Shorts, Tank tops, Sandle's, lil skull cap helmmuts. Lets just say they Were LARGE. Kick Stand Down Figured I'd just turn around a follow, skip the Mexican and get some Free Fresh Road Pizza. Hey, Fresh Road Pizza Ceviche. Actually would not have been funny

Bad Nuff we have the deal with cell phone distracted, Blind Ignorant drivers. I so much enjoy (no so much my Scooter issue but my CBR) making a Nice Run (A Pace), a Buck Comfortable Buck Ten or so, Round a Nice Corner and to my Delight My Lane (line) Completely Covered in Fresh Juicy Thick Fresh Cut Fescue Grass Blown by a Home Owner. Life Flashes before your Eyes as you Slide into a Nice Two Wheel Drift just Waiting for Her to Regain Grip and High Side me. K, I just pulled off a Rossi move and Survived, Clean Snit from Pants. I had confronted several home owners in Texas were I came from, holding back gently informing them that I have a Bad Azz Texas M/C Attorney on Retainer and He Will Beat your Attorney. Was only Bermuda or St. Augistine Grass in Texas, Juicy, Lush, Sweet Fescue is like Grease Here in the Foot Hills of the Smokey's of NC, well, well. Deep Breaths. k, Still Glad to be in Dixie Land! Do they tar and chip the roads out there ? They do it here !!!! Its ok for cars , but not for 2 wheels . its like riding on Pee gravel !! Even after a few weeks , the middle of each side of the road " where the tires don't usually ride on " are still loose , so its very dangerous around turns. Little to know Chip and Seal here in my area of NC. Did run into Fresh Batch of it while I was riding my CBR In Uwharie Ntl. Forest just south of me last Fall. As soon as I pointed down that mess I turned around and got good and lost.

I have read somewhere that you can just remove that ABS unit altogether. It was not a great idea in the first place. Just a gimmick for add on sales. If you look at the caliper in may just have a adapter on it for the ABS unit. You may be able to remove it and just bolt on the banjo fitting right to the caliper. Also, the nut on the bottom of the ABS unit is suppose to be a adjustment for how much restriction the unit will apply. I have not messed with one myself, but if your brakes are not working well I would take a look at it. My Jonway does not have that unit on it and the brakes are very good. Correct. Unit can be removed and just reconnect with correct size Banjo Bolt. Mine was advertised to come with this 100% Guaranteed Fake ABS. Arrived not included, good was going to replace it anyhow. I'm not much for automatic controls. Traction Control, ABS are for people who can't ride nor drive. ( jk). Takes the Fun and Skill outa the rider/driver.

Many think that that's an abs unit. But on your model scoot " the throw away model " its a self destruct mechanism. No need to put the scoot in the trash , just set the self destruct mechanism to disintegrate and your done. Case closed. Thats some funny snit there. True that.

Are you Holding the Throttle Wide Open when checking Compression? 70 PSI is Much More concerning to me now Especially since Dumpin Oil in the Cylinder Brought it to 120. You may need more than New Rings at this point. Since we have a Unknown of How long she ran low on oil If you have to go down that road Please have the Piston to Cylinder Clearance Checked. NO Calipers! Calipers are for Carpenters. New Rings on a Clapped out Piston will last a very short period of time. Thats why this Clearance is Critical to Proper Ring Seal and longevity. Carry On

Dmn, My set is the same except for I have Cap Nuts on the Back Side of the Caliper Mounting/Holder Pins. I couldn't see Bright, Clear or close enough to see if you have Allen Pins in form the Back Side instead of the Nuts I have?
