Hello everyone haven’t been on here in a while I how all is safe and your families are safe? With the issue going on in the world has left me bored out of my mind !!! So picked up a new project to pass the time!! I have run into some electrical issues and was wondering if anybody has the time to look at some pictures, the wiring harness o bought for this 49cc scooter is not matching up for some reason . I cannot get the electrical start button to do anything . Also the running lights or blinkers will not come on ! I don’t want to keep hacking into the harness , obviously I don’t know what I’m doing please anybody that could possibly guess or know which wires go we’re please let me know if anybody had the time to help and I will post pictures of the connections Thank you

I just rebuilt my sunny scooter I used copper gasket on the rebuild except in the middle I used the metal gasket but when she starts up oil is poring out the exhaust were tbe exahust bolts to the motor any tips?

For some reason I think it's the clutch? How do you tell if you have a bad clutch

Recheck timing just one tooth off it will run but wont make the power Can you explain how I do that I'm pretty sure I know how? You make sure the flywheel is at the t correct. And the wheel were the chain goes around the 2 little holes got to be lined up with the case correct? |

Then after a couple starts it takes about 5 minutes and the battery is completely drained any ideas

I recently just bought a fixer upper sunny Scooter it had been sitting outside for like 6 months, but the Guy told me as is.. so I bought it belt snapped on me half a block from his house lol... thanks too AAA got it home.. anyways put a New belt on it and New clutch and New rollers.. basically whole assembly.. found out it had a 80cc in it but piston was fried..sp bought the 100cc install went smoothly upgraded the jet to  .. but for some reason the bike has no power.. it seems like the belt is too big or something because it stutters then picks up fast then stutters... just no power at all like I should be getting for the upgrade I did.. any advice on were I should start my process of elimination to find the problem would be much aporeciated . |

Actually I just went down and check for spark didn't have any spark and now the thing won't even turn over at all makes no noise when I turn the key excuse me when I hit the button

Zok got the scooter back clean the carburetor put it back together tried to start it up engine turns flywheel turns after trying to start it for a while all of a sudden now it just seems like my flywheel spinning doesn't sound like the engine is cranking so what should I do now need to get this thing started

Well i did enough acting and text persuasion. i got a text from MM basically saying even though he is not responsible for returnibg the scoot!!!{ can you belive this guy} that he will return it as soon as he corresponds with dan. Lol i said good decision thank you. Now get this dan text me saying let's say me and Harold were to drop the scooter off in a parking lot somewhere would you be able to get it? Wow I thought some nerve. I reply back Nope teturn it were he Picked it up. He text back "ok" yes today i went online and found out this guy had complaints posted about him and he was convicted of a theft felony years ago and on top of that he has a suspended license. When i text him what i found out it probaly spooked him. Now lets see if they return it

My problem with it all is ive been politely texting the guy for three days. On the 4th day now im mad thretem to file a police report. Not only does he have my property. He will not tell me were my propert is in my opinion that is theft
