Oh yeah, you could trade them (rear clutch) for that variator nut until you can replace it. Search Parts for scooters.com- part number 175-35. Sliders,they do only go in 1 way. ( youtube) The rear clutch takes way less lbs torque. like 20-25. Variator/kinda more!

Ok.. No super pro,but that,s a nice scoot!! Even I wann see her broke in blazing so.... Just some thoughts New spark plug? Pick up coil loose and when warm-moves out of wack? Maby cdi is dud,especialy after warm up...I may start there and then check pick up. You look like you know about lean/rich conditions,so? Good luck though. Someone help. I would scream into a white jacket. Also, no warranty I take it?

I am on my second bike that did not have any exhaust gasket. Thankully I put a new pipe on one,and had an old ncy pipe for my 50cc bike! Beyond the call..Huhhh!

Ok.. Got the idea scince I have not stopped crusing gy6 scoots and may not or a while I would go to Harbor Freight or a bench top press or gear pressing. Was wondering,how many ton press I need. I did see it way back when on like scrappydog site but can't find it of lately. Does any body know off the top of there head? Thanks (sixxer)
