My point is how do you know how safe a car that hasn't been made yet is. Chinese cars have air bags and they are death traps. The Pinto had seatbelts and was a death trap. Only time will tell how safe it is, assuming they even make it.
BTW he was definitely talking about it being safer in the rain. At least the sentence he wrote indicates that. Perhaps you called him for clarification and know better

No one says it's unsafe to ride in the rain to me doesn't look half bad and for florida your right would be alot safer and cheaper with all the rain. We all know that... Seriously no one says that not even the guy we both quoted right? |

I just want to be clear I am in no way saying the bikers were right. I just have a problem with people saying a repeated traffic offender deserves to die even if he was wrong, again. I take no pleasure in violence even when bad guys are the receivers. It stinks every way you look at it.

Sorry guys but I still maintain he could of threatened with the deadly force before using it. If he had jump forward just a bit and then gave them just a second to jump out of the way before continuing it might of saved a bit of flesh (animal flesh according to the general consensus but flesh none the less). It is not ok to defend property with deadly force. If he hadn't run those guys over the only damage may have been to a fully insured vehicle. You guys don't know what those guys had planned. I don't see any attempt to harm the occupants until after the smashing of the "subhuman animals". The violent escape escalated the violence instead of ceasing it. No one needs to agree with me really but I like to think I'm a Christian, so for me I will always seek a non violent way the rest of you can follow your own ethical path but for me I couldn't just kill and maim people like that I just don't have it in me any more. Each person has their own way I chose peace even in the face of violence.

to me doesn't look half bad and for florida your right would be alot safer and cheaper with all the rain. How is it safer? How do we know it handles well in the rain? Why is a motorcycle unsafe in the rain? I have ridden many times in the rain, the beginning of snow storms etc. I'm still alive. I would prefer to be able to jump out of harms way rather than be "safely" enclosed in a little fiberglass box of death waiting patiently for the 150 lb motor to land on my lap. Good tires on the bike and gear on your body make rain a breeze on a bike. Last I checked they don't cancel motorcycle races for rain, they just put tires like you are already running on slow down a bit and race anyway... |

Ya it's interesting how many of the folks on here "against vigilante justice" advocate shooting people or running them down the second they feel threatened. I don't carry a gun or any other weapon. I won't intentionally run people over either. The introduction of additional violence or weapons will only make the violence worse. I imagine there was a way to talk this through. I don't believe that he necessarily was singled out for this harassment randomly either but who knows. How can you guys say they shouldn't have taken matters into their own hands and in the same post say you would happily kill as many as you could if they threatened you?? Weird. I don't think either the bikers or the SUV handled this well and I think the SUV driver might have a need for some justice too... It seems if he had pulled forward a little slower or in spurts folks would have moved and he still would have been able to break free hurting only bikes and not people too. I think you guys are kind of proud of him though for "taking care of business" and crushing anything and everything in his path regardless of the cost. Some guy loses the ability to walk and you applaud it and even say it would be better if he died. Human life is more valuable than that. I was a hooligan once and made some bad choices do I deserve a wheel chair or the electric chair? I guess you all have always been perfect citizens. Never threatened anyone in your youth or otherwise so you can judge these "subhumans". Pretty sad really all around.

Well the guy was the perpetrator you can't charge a dead guy with his own murder that's suicide. They would have to show the other guys told him to do it... Anyway this whole thing is a freaking mess I can't believe some of the guys charged in this pack were in their 40's. This whole thing now that all the story is actually out is obviously wrong in many ways. Poor SUV guy and his family. I could understand (not condone just understand) the whole "hey you hurt my buddy" thing but this is obviously not what happened here...
