You are driving me to drink on that piece of crap. Did you buy it like that no wonder the guy sold it. Also Take a picture of the CDI and the wires going to it. It should look like this: I feel you on that one! No he gave it to me for free. I'm determined to get it to run. Haha I'm starting to lose hope for it but I'm not giving up on it

The Video Motor is not turning over fast enough weak battery not good . Ok I think you have some things all wrong on that thing. First of all on the picture you took of the wires there is a Pair Chrome pipe in front of the Valve cover and in the VIDEO NO CHROME PIPE and the valve is open? So take a picture of the front of the valve cover please. Would a bad positive battery connection cause problems. The one I have looks like its in very bad condition Lol

Ok I labeled things 1 to 5: #5 looks like those two wires The thick Green one and the thin green one go to the VALVE COVER BOLT-- IS THAT CORRET? And the other ends of those SHOULD BE ON A BOLT ON THE FRAME..(YES OR NO). #2 and #3 WHERE are they coming from? #1 WHY is the COIL wire tapes #4 that is the PAIR system and I do not see any BOLTS holding the chrome Pipe to the HEAD. Can you answer my concerns. Yes the thick and thin green wire are going to the valve cover. I'm not sure if they are going to a bolt on the frame. I will defiantly check tomorrow. I will also have to check where the other wires are going too. The coil wire is not taped it had a black rubber sleeve on it that I started to cut off but didn't finish Lol. I have removed the chrome pipe from the pair system cause the new cylinder doesn't have holes for the bolts.

There already should be a ground wire FROM THE BATTERY to the frame. So take the OTHER ENDS OF THE GROUND wires ON THE VALVE COVER and connect them to the same spot the BATTERY GROUND is connected to on the frame. Take a picture please that ground wire could be your whole problem. Here is a ground wire FROM the valve cover to the frame: I'm back at home right now but I have some pictures where you can see the wire. I'll upload them real quick

That is the BATTERY Negative terminal post. You need a GROUND WIRE FROM THE VALVE COVER TO THE FRAME NOT TO THE BATTERY. Where at on the frame? The smaller wire coming off the valve cover is taped to a blue wire. Is there even supposed to be two wires on the valve cover?

Would anything cause it to not fire in the cylinder? A bad ENGINE TO FRAME ground will cause the Spark Plug to NOT fire when in the motor.

Maybe the Video will tell something. We have to go by what you tell us to try and diagnose the problem. If it has spark and you poured some gas down the intake and it did NOT even fire once that makes no sense. Something is wrong but all the things that would cause this you say are working. If you have a spark and gas it will at least attempt to start, it may not start but it will fire at least a few times. Have you adjusted both valves to .003 inchs? Take pictures of the CARB area and hoses NOT the CVT that comes into play AFTER the motor is running. I'm sorry I'm not making sense. I'm starting to get really frustrated with it. I don't want to give up on it. So I want to keep trying. I will try to make more sense from now on

Give us some background was this engine running ? John Yes. I got it for free because my buddy couldn't get it to start. I actually had it running once. But after I parked it I came back a few hours later and it wouldn't start. I've only rode it that one time I got it started.

Are you sure the coil cable and the CDI cables are ok? I used to have problems with the spark because of poor contact on one cable on the CDI connector, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't Yeah there brand new
