Kickstand apparently kept the wheel from turning. It is turning now though and I still haven't gotten the wheel lowered.
Here's the only video I can find regarding this issue. If you go to about 2:30 in, you'll see the two guys both holding part of the rear of the bike, and the rear end wheel just falls. Leaving room to bolt in the back shocks. I can't figure out how they got the back part to fall down.

The wheel will also not turn when I give the scooter gas. Don't know if this tells anyone anything that can help me with this?

Did that Wheel is off the ground and everything, but isn't coming down. I noticed on the video from Tao Tao, that this is supposed to happen, but I can't tell how the two guys get the wheel to drop down.

I am trying to get the back wheel to drop down so that I can bolt in the shocks. Anyone know how to get the back wheel to drop down? I have the scooter on its kickstand, and the wheel isn't dropping. Thanks!

I recently purchased a new TaoTao Paladin CY150 which will be delivered to me in the crate. I'm new to working with scooters, but can't see it being any more difficult than dealing with cars. I've been told that it would be wise to change out some things on the scooter during the PDI. I'm wanting to make this scooter as reliable as possible and wondering if any of you knew what parts I should go ahead and replace as well as what parts I should replace them with. Thanks!
