So I decided to install the 150cc piston kit and was wondering about the 1st and 2nd rings. Which one goes on top and which one go in the middle? I got a silver and a black one. I already jnstalled the kit but u was looking at some videos and some people had them certain kinds of ways. Im good on the bottom oil seal rings on the piston. I made sure i didnt line up the gaps on the rings. alleyoop tvnacman katastroff

I like the positive attitude you are sending bro. I already ordered a top end set for a 150cc engine. Im just going to order a new cylinder for one too. Instead of trying to put a 150cc piston into a 125cc cylinder... katastroff tvnacman

What if I upgrade the motor to a 150cc? Do I need to bore the engine so the cylinder can fit? katastroff

alleyoop I think its a DC cdi connected to a AC plug. the red and black wire on the cdi plug isn't connected to the cdi. plus when i got the scooter, the wire going to the solenoid was just thrown in there. I put a ring terminal on it because i thought that what it supposed to go. Anyway i compared it to the ac cdi my brother got on his scooter and it fits and spark plug sparks fine. the cdi on my sccoter might be a adjustable or something idk.

Thats the wire coming straight from INSIDE the CDI. It is connected to my solenoid. I guess for the constant 12v to power the cdi. alleyoop

I do not hot wire my scooter nor was it stolen! I just unplugged the cdi from the plug so it fits on. I never said that wasn't the power to the cdi, i knew it was. If anybody is accusing me for stealing the scooter feel free to delete me from the forum or what ever makes you feel better. I never stole anything in my life. Ill just find another forum somewhere else. alleyoop

i dont think the pin broke off because the wire is going directly into the cdi, not even touching terminal. The terminal cables are really short and the red wire is really long too. there is no butt connections on the wire or anything. i never seen anything like it neither its just weird to me which just makes me want to just fix it asap. tvnacman
