That's not the only place that sells them. Half the time "finding" a part is simply a matter of getting the terminology right (the name they call the stupid thing) If you look under "Ch80 pipe inlet" there are multiple dealers for it. Good luck!

That page has nothing to do with the part I need. I need the intake tube. That's the part that goes from the carb to the engine. And I didn't even know that a plastic welding tool was available. I was gonna take it off and gorilla glue it lol If the part is plastic then one of these might work. www.harborfreight.com/welding/plastic-welders.html

Although I collect gator-things and would like to vote gator, I think bear wrestling would have to be harder than gator wrestling. Gators, you just need to get to their mouths and hold it shut. Bears, I can't imagine how you overpower a bear. With "Honey"

Is it a scooter or a low frame motorcycle?,, in my mind I kinda draw the line at 250-300cc's,,, even then it's a stretch,, i guess I'm a dinosaur,,, I think of scooter I think of low frames with floor board decks and 100 mpg,, and under 70 mph,,, but that's me I kinda have to agree with you. More of an automatic motorcycle than a scooter.

Please, Please, Please, Take Kat's advice on riding gear. You make thousands of trips on the road but, road rash is permanent after only 1 mistake. A Popular Youtuber (M13) recently crashed on a scooter. It didn't look bad but, Two broken femurs and 5 fingers later he is still riding because----- He dressed for the slide not the ride. Get your protection on lockdown first. ( insert cliche here ) Then follow it.!!!! Didn't that blogger dude like fly over a rail then like off a cliff OE something? Pretty brutal what happened to his hand Yep that's pretty much exactly what happened. (He had a horrible opinion of Chinese scoots though.)

Very Useful information. (I really like the one about seating a bearing with a nut and bolt!)

Such great advice, thank you guys! I will definitely be investing in some security to prevent the drive-by thefts from lifting it as easily, but the GPS is also a fantastic idea so that if it is stolen, I can contact the police immediately and tell them exactly where it is. I will definitely be looking into that as well. Glad we could be of help. The idea is not to make it impossible to steal (you can't) but just to make it such a pain-in-the-neck that it's not worth the risk and effort to try in the first place.

You can spend tons of money on locks and alarms, and it still could be stolen relatively easily, search on YouTube to see how easy! For $35 you can get a TK103 based GPS unit from Amazon and other websites. You call the GPS unit, it hangs up and sends you a text message with Google map coordinates showing where your scooter is. No lock or chain beats a hacksaw or bolt cutters, and most locks can be broken with canned air and a hammer. So recovery should be a high priority, the sooner the better so they don't have a chance to rip it apart! Silly me. I forgot to mention tracker units (Good thing you didn't)
