I did not know it was a YB50. (Also known as the FS1 in the UK, or a "Fizzy")

Good read! The current scooter I have (which is a 150cc Icebear Maddog) I just daily it here in WA state. Not because it is the "green thing" but because it is my main mode of transportation at the moment. My mini truck is in the shop, and my main 170cc Maddog is in a shop getting a custom header welded up for it. But other than that, I love modding my scooters out, such as lowering them and adding mini fatty tires to the rear. But the community here (although lacking in scooter presence) is still good and I wave to motorcyclists and they wave back. Although I am sure mine is first mistaken for a smaller motorcycle from the front light. I also have infected two others through my addiction and they both ride too (although both have ridden many years ago I think for fun). Even rode to the local annual biker event called at Anacortes, WA called the Oyster Run. Was my first time there and was very fun. Oh my gosh!.... Spaceman Spiff!

Yep, hand rotary crimper, you can get the silicone boots on ebay, I need to get another rotary crimper for home, as mine was stolen, have to use the one at work Nice work. I used a rotary crimper of a different kind when I put in Deutsch connectors in place of the "OEM" Chinese stuff.

I'll go along with it, as long as it's an AMERICAN WEREWOLF. (And rides a scooter during a full moon!)

As for Hogan's Heroes, sadly, I haven't gotten to see it for many years. Although I can whistle the entire theme. I always would wait for it, wait for it--YEAH there's the guard who almost fell! Dunno why, I loved that they had a guard slip as he ran out. Sort of like Hawaii Five-O, waiting for the hips. Ah, the joys of youth! Hey! That could be a new show, a POW camp in Hawaii. (Book 'em Hogan.)

BTW guys, it's a POW camp. Luftstalag 13 to be exact. You're absolutely right! Correction noted... Have a bone on the old chopper guy. POW camps were for captured combatants. Concentration camps were to hold groups deemed unfavorable, or "inferior" to the Third Reich and its Arian model until they could be mass-murdered. Gee, I wonder if Hitler ever looked in the mirror? Based on his own sick criteria, he should have been the first to go... LOL!
My Dad helped liberate some Japanese camps in the Pacific. SO bad he didn't even want to talk about them... I guess even Hollywood couldn't sugar-coat a Japanese POW camp enough to make a sitcom... Same goes for North Korean, Vietnamese and other horror-hotels in places like Afghanistan, Iraq and other places where America and Israel are considered the enemy. These facilities make a Louisiana chain-gang look like a luxury vacation resort. Not funny stuff for sure... Ride safe, and keep outa the hands of the bad guys...Leo in Texas Yah Leo, old Adolf wasn't exactly the tall, blonde, slender, Nordic type god now was he? (and none of his henchmen were either.)

" Klink, shut up or I will sent you to the Russian front!"All combat is terrible, but the Russian Front was especially so. The fuhrer invaded Russia in June, expecting victory by winter. The diesel fuel in the panzers froze before they reached Moscow, due to the frigid weather. -The fuhrer was so furious that he refused to provide winter uniforms for the troops in Russia until they achieved victory. -His troops endured the Russian Winter, (often called the most powerful weapon on earth) in their summer uniforms. -I have had some bad bosses, but none quite that bad. One word; Stalingrad. (With Kursk being the icing on the cake.)
