I swapped the hoses like you said, still no start. Yes, the tube with the wire wrapped around it has that screw thing on the end of it, on the end opposite the carb. EDIT: grabbed a couple pictures of the screw thing on the end in case it helps. i.imgur.com/PSByWf1.jpgi.imgur.com/mrE3HLn.jpg

Now Im even more confused. I originally had it as you said, with the green arrow hose and blue arrow hoses swapped positions, and I had the same problem Im having now. Once I put them as they are in the photo, I would get gas into the carb, but still not start.
I will swap them as you said and see what happens.

Ok, took a photo of each side of the carb. This is how I have it hooked up currently. I also took a video of me trying to start it with the fuel line going into a cup. Fuel did indeed come out, though I dont know if its too much or too little. If someone can tell me if it needs to be more or less or whatever, I can mess with the adjustment screw. i.imgur.com/QSKWq3E.jpgi.imgur.com/PHzIkoh.jpgEDIT: Here's the video;

Ok, so I took the fuel line and vacuum line off like you said and tested it, and fuel did come out, so the fuel pump isnt the problem. Also, when I took the fuel line off, some fuel did drain out of the carb. However, it still wont start. What should I do now? The fuel is getting there just fine, but it still wont start... Also, Im like % sure I have them hooked up right, but on the off chance I dont, could someone possibly post a diamgram or picture showing the correct arrangement of the different hoses and tubes and where they connect to the carb?

UPDATE: Took the carb back off to check everything, and was surprised to find that it was totally empty. When I took it off the first time, a bit of fuel drained out of it, and I could feel it sloshing around inside before I drained the rest. This time, it was totally empty.
I took the carb apart again, checked everything, made sure it was all put together right, and put everything back together... still nothing. Im guessing its the same problem; somehow, no fuel is going into the carb. I have no idea what could be causing this. Ideas?

Do you mean taking the carb off entirely, or just disconnecting the fuel line, or...? Im still a bit new at all this, so please forgive my ignorance.

When I first got the bike, it would run fine until I got up to about 4700 RPMS, then it would lose power and wouldnt go above 3900, maybe 4000 RPMS unless I let go of the throttle for a minute, then accelerated again. It would run fine, but if I started going up near 4700 RPMS again, it would lose power like that again. I couldnt get it to go above 40 MPH on a flat surface. (Maybe 38MPH on an incline)
Did some research, ran some seafoam in it, and saw significant improvement. Now I could get it up to 50MPH, maybe 52 or so, and it didnt lose power at higher RPMs. However, while it didnt lose power, it also still wouldnt go over maybe 5200 RPMS or 50MPH.
Then so today I rode my scooter out to the store to run some errands. For this, I had to go on the highway pretty much the entire ride. Most of my trips have some highway travel, but not much. I needed to go 40MPH pretty much the entire ride. No problem right? Wrong. The bike kept losing progressively more and more power. At first, it would struggle to keep at 40MPH. Then it wouldnt go more than 35. Then down and down till eventually, I was barely making 15MPH. I put on my hazards and pulled off as soon as I could. Looked at what I could, tested the voltage in the battery, etc, everything seemed fine. Let it rest for a few minutes, then got back and on tried to continue my ride. Slight improvement, but still couldnt get more than 20 maybe 23 MPH if I was lucky. Same thing the whole way home.
Got home, took out the Carb, cleaned it with Gumout Spray. Hooked everything back up. Now, it just wont start. The battery is fine (Ive tested it with 3 different batteries and checked the voltage on all of them) the tank is about half full, and it does have a bit of seafoam in it from the last time I added some. Ive tried adjusting the idle screw and air mixture screw. Neither seem to do it. It just plain will not start for, what I can only assume, is no reason whatsoever at all. -_-
Anyway, as best I can tell, everything is hooked up the same as it was before I cleaned the carb, and the stupid thing just refuses to start.
Suggestions?

Hi there. Just a general question; what size fuel tank do the Tank tk150t-7 scooters have? I believe it is also known as the Tank Racer 150. Im pretty sure the engine is one of the numerous GY6 clones, but I havent been able to find any definite info anywhere on what the fuel tank size is. The best guess Ive been able to find was 1.5 gallons, but Ive also seen 2 gallons.
Does anyone know for sure what size fuel tank this model has?
