should be 13.2 ,read the voltage across the fuse.

your ignition switch only has 3 wires? can we see some pictures of what your talking about?

Does the barb have a valve on it? Wouldn't the manual shutoff do the same thing as the barb if you never shut it off.

ok you need to recheck the fuse with a meter a visual is not good enough. The glass fuses may look good and be bad I have seen this fool many many times, my self included. Do you have a meter or test light?

whats your goal here to jump it started or to get it to start the normal way? John I want to try to get it to start with the key switch if possible, just stumped. I know the wiring well, I need to know will the horn or signals work with the key in the run position? the answer to the above question dictates what to check/do next. John

lain have you looked at this . I did see the postings of a mod on the old dawg the parts to make your own and time seem like a lot of work. John

stock lines are 3/16 for both, I use 1/4 and screw hose clamps, it a few drops more fuel in the line because of the larger diameter. I find the emissions to be troublesome for test I disconnect and cap.
