The fittings will work great, but thrre is no strainer screen on them.

the stock crank is different than than the standard gy6 crank. the variator is 123mm , the clutch is larger too they take a 906x22.5 belt. The manifold is taller compared to standard gy6 manifold . I have seen them with ac and dc cdi, but I have only seen 3 phase stator. I think the timing chain lenth maybe different. Scrappy's has some tech info on this too. John

this video was shot on a 16" wheel scooter I you look at the hp ratings the 16" wheel scooters are rated a little higher.

Te 16"wheel scooter engines are different crank head intake cvt.

Jerry if you don't step up on the gear size I think you will only pick up getting to top speed, not increase top speed. With a BBK and gears you can add 10mph under the same throttle position.

did you pull any wires off the cdi? How is the drive set up with an external trans or an internal? Whats your engine number?

does this have reverse? show me the shifter where it connects. some buggies have a neutral safety switch. If it is in gear it will interrupt.

what is this thing called? Do any of the wires on the cdi have the same color on the ignition switch?(the pink) Do you have power at the solenoid?

ok what you have is different from a scooter set up. one side of the starer relay/solenoid should be reading battery voltage. lets see the cdi, the plug and wires and colors. Photobucket.com then upload the pics there then you can do this; john
