sorry just saw it wont take it back off. I did have this problem in the past and at that time i went back to harbor freight tools and got a bigger impact wrench and it took it off.

I just got mine off by having a friend sit on the scooter than took a wrench put it on the nut and hit the wrench with a hammer. After a couple of hits it came right off. Do you not have the impact to take it back off with?

Yea i would like to know the cause of it being kinda melted/sticky. It did sit for about 6 months Maybe that's the cause??? Also this is the stock cheap carburetor.

When i say they look fine i mean they move freely on the piston. they compress and expand. I really dont think that is the problem...

I took the head off just to take a look at the piston and cylinder wall and looks great no scratches or marks at all.

yes i am running 8 gram sliders and plug looks good. I have not done a compression check but it seems to be good. ill check it tomorrow. When i first put the kit on yesterday i got up to 50mph turned around and it would only go up to 30mph.
