I am sure the catch can isnt the best that is why i thought i would fix it with the big bore kit. Here is the kit I am looking at. I believe it is the same one jersey is looking at . What do you think about this kit alley?

I am sorry , I should have explained better. The gas/oil mix is coming from my valve cover breather. I had it up higher than the cover with a fuel filter on it for a long time, then after the fake nitrous it started spraying oil/fuel out of the hose. so now i made the hose longer and have it running into a 8 oz sprite bottle . I have a vent hole drilled in the bottle for ventalation. I will post a pic soon . Thanks for the reply alley.

I have 2013 tao tao evo just like jersey boys scooter. I have the same pipe as him also . I like what he has done so I follow his comments. I am looking to get a big bore kit because i have developed a bad case of blow by. I saw the one on ebay that jersey boy said he is looking at but he says he is waiting on "walter" Who is he and what does he offer? Is it better? Also what gears are in my scooter? I would like to gear mine down for more torque. Does anyone have any recommendations? I drive in town and back roads only pretty much. Back to the blow by issue. Ebay has these cheap 40 dollar "nitrous" kits. They have little cartridges that look like co2 cartridges for your BB gun and they claim nitrous is in them. I don't believe it but anyway I bought one had it for a month or so before i put it on because I kinda knew it was bs. Anyway I put it on used it in short bursts like it recommended and it was laim and only lasted a couple very short bursts. So no biggie I took it off , drove it home from my shop and I had oil all over my floorboard . Now I use a catch can (8 oz sprite bottle) and it gets half full in a rather short time, maybe 100 miles or so. So that is why I am looking into a big bore kit.

about 250 degrees on average 288 is my highest so far. I am still working on carb tuning . It is rather minimum but it still pops a little when i let off the throttle

I bought the 340 mm shocks and they are a little longer than stock. The pic is dark and there is very little clearance but they dont rub at all. If I install them with the reservoir on the other side there is more clearance.

The new shocks were roughly $100 for the pair. The shoocks themselves are a little stiff in my opinion but I think they will give you the clearance you need . Hope you get it figured out.

here is a pic of some aftermarket shocks that I got off of ebay for 100 dollars . I have no clearance problems , i could also turn them around for more clearance. Your other option is just grind a notch out of your shock mount. I think if you dont want to modify or spend money on your scooter then just sell it. Go to yamaha and spend $3000 dollars on something with a warranty. Keep in mind these scooters are one third the price of "name brand" scooters.

Don't forget the 48 inch extension cable. The wire that comes with it is very short

Trail tech makes a nice gauge. I installed one a couple days ago and like it a lot.

I thought some goodies would come in the mail yesterday but no. Yesterday I removed the pair system using a 15 dollar block off plate from ncy. I like it a lot better with out all the vacuum lines and charcoal canisters. It runs the same as stock but if I were to have a problem on the road I dont have extra hoses and such wondering if an air leak is keeping it from running. I am waiting on some rear shocks, my pipe and jet kit and clutch with the 2000 rpm springs installed. If anyone is interested in removing their extra tubing there is a good write up on it by "jerseyboy" That thread explains things better than I can. If someone wanted too they can clean everything up without buying the block off plate. just cut off the large hose on the bottom of the valve cover and put a bolt in it to plug the hole tightly. I ran mine like that for about a week with no issues.

I may be way off base here but here is an idea. Is your gas tank filled to the very top? When i fill my gas tank level too high it wont run because it blocks the air supply line into the tank. I had the same problem years ago also on a polaris 4 wheeler with a clogged vent hose.

You were correct boost. The clutch springs were about an eighth of an inch too long. I put the originals back in and the problem is solved. I am going to just buy the whole clutch assembly with the springs already installed. Hopefully my pipe and jet kit will be here soon. On a side note, has anyone know about the cheap nitrous kits on ebay for scooters. They are about 50 bucks and come with what looks like a co2 cartrige from a BB gun. I thought about getting one but not if it sucks. I cant find much info on them. I will try and post a link. Thanks for everyones help. I hope everyone gets to put some miles on their scooters. 13608302.ebay.com/itm/GY6-Bike-Scooter-ATV-50-100-125-150-cc-NOS-Nitrous-Oxide-Boost-Bottle-Kit-/231199435624?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35d48f6b68&vxp=mtr I stink at posting links and stuff. You can get on ebay and search for gy6 nitrous and it will come right up.

I got a chance this morning to install the 2000 rpm clutch springs and torque spring. The clutch springs went right on shouldn't they be tight and hard to get on? When the scooter idles it wants to roll forward. Not real hard but hard enough to push it off the kick stand. It was hard getting the belt on with the 2000 rpm torque spring , I am hoping as I ride it and break it in it might stop. Any Ideas for me? It does have more torque and when I drove it up and down the road all seemed fine except for when you stop it has a slight pull to it.
