Nope no loctite, but good idea will consider if it happens to need tightening again.

Fixed: Ok, guys so I opened the front steering cover to see what could be going on. Turns out all I needed to do was push forward the brake switch and while holding just tighten it up. Now it makes perfect contact and I can hear the clicking sound On/Off. Here is a picture of the sensor (black) with one screw.

Seems to be just a braking warning light, because it comes on during bumps or braking only. Then to make it go away I immediately play with the right lever by giving it a quick wiggle and red circle light is gone.

I like to try the adjustment first, how would I go about adjusting the brake hand lever or sensor?

Hey guys so I noticed that when I go over bumps my orange dash light comes on, I always have to wiggle my right hand brake to make it go away. Same thing when braking it stays on even after realising hand brake. Is there a way to fix this? Is it just tightening?

I just picked up my new trail temp gauge and installed (150cc), can't wait to ride it to work and test it out.
Ezgoing28 what have you recorded to be normal driving temp conditions? I know this can vary from scooter to scooter but am sure they cant be that far apart. I like to make sure I have an idea of roughly were norm should be and were too hot mark is to pull over and cool down.

Hey guys, I have a noticed that my brakes are not as thight as they use to be. It is seems that I am squeezing on the hand brake more than usual. Is there there is any way to adjust these? I have calipers in the front and the rear of wheels

OK, so decided to take the wheel off and to my surprise two spacers were on the inside? weird cause the short one goes on outside if am correct. So I re greased everything and put it back properly and now runs smoothly no noise and turns easier by hand too .

Jerry found same suggestion online, my guess no way around it but to remove wheel and check right? I take it if indeed it's the bearings it should be noticeable?

so getting back from further diagnosing. I took off the cover to check on clutch assembly and variator and ran it a bit with out it to see if it came from there all seem good. I do have a question, how freely should the rear wheel spin when pushed by hand? mine does not spin freely at all almost seems like brakes are pressed slightly, nevertheless I took the rear brakes off in order to see if it was catching and same, so definitely not brakes . Then I loosened the wheel nut, ran it, and the clicking noise was about 80% gone and my rear wheel spun a bit more with ease, when back to re tight it and now I get the clicking sound back again. Read a post online that the culprit could very likely be a bearing, to verify this is removing the wheel the only way?
