I really dislike the noise my turn signals make when I use them. I thought maybe they made noise from the same spot as the horn, but this is not so. How would I go about disabling the beeps? Or at least muffling them with some black tape. I have *no* idea where the noise is coming from. They are very loud! My scoot is running great finally, and this is almost the last thing I want to change. After that i just need to make the seat a little more stable, and maybe paint it. for my atv's we use flat gas cans from Rotopax... if you get them from rotopax they are more expensive than if you shop around and get one from elsewhere, same brand. it has a locking mechanism to hold it on, or im sure you could build something to attach it as well. rotopax.com/1-Gallon-Packs/

So far its gotten a carb clean, other general maint., voltage regulator (it ate 1...almost 2 brand new batteries) a stator, and i have a spedo cluster and a brake assembly with wiring on the way. This bike would have been great new out of the box... but I found this one on craigslist and kinda impulse bought it....must have shiny! The guy was really rough on it, and hid a lot of the things wrong with it by saying "the battery is dead so it wont electric start..replace the battery and you're good to go" ...but it kick started just fine, it must have been warm started right before I got there. It's my fault for not diving a little deeper for an investigation of sorts. But, in my defense, he didn't tell me the problems when i asked the first time. He later claimed after I drove all that way, that it had just been sitting there and didn't know that the battery was dead, or I would have brought a battery. It's my first crappy CL experience but its probably entirely my fault for being blinded by shiny loot. I drove 3 hours down there, 3 hours back home, paid 400 for it, but now I'm at about 700 total. I had decided a few days ago to let it go and just drink my milk, eat my wheaties, and kick start the all the time... but we'll see. I'll get parts as I can afford em. I still think its such a nice lookin bike... I'm just a little peeved at it. I'm sure when it runs the way I want it to... my helmet hair will be blowin in the breeze, and I'll have a big goofy grin on my face scootin' down the street. haha! Thanks for all the replies everyone, even the rude ones.

I've noticed that the lazer 5 has pedals, mine doesnt. I also noticed that eeeeeveryone wants to buy this silly thing from me when they see it... but I'm fairly deep into my pocket with it by now, so I dont think I'll part with it.
It indeed is a garbage heap at the moment... somehow I've got to see the beauty in this clunker and get it back to great running shape.
The biggest issue with it is not being able to get the electric start to work all the time. I'm a pretty small lady, its hard to kick start :/

I recently made a pretty crappy purchase. I went by looks and not by how reliable i *should* have wanted this scooter to be.
I'm having trouble finding much info on it so i can buy parts. The only info i really have is from the title and the couple of manuals that i have with it... but it doesnt make much sense when i try to google any of it.
make: bashan model: BS49Q-2 manuf.: peace industry group year: 2012
It is a 4 stroke electric/kick start (no pedals) with a whole MESS of issues.
When i bought it the guy said its a "dog bike" ...but that led me to no info either. Anyone have one of these? Or know much about them?
Thanks in advance!
