well i gave it a heck of an attempt....the monkey wrench cant get a good enough grip on the rounded nut to wrench it off.....looks like im gonna have to find a garage or someone with better tools than mine....was thinking about taking a dremel to it but im afraid of messing up the threads so ill just let someone else do the work lol Worst case scenario new crank. If you do mess up the threads I think you can tap -n- dye it, not sure though. |

I've heard that 8000 and above is pushing it. On my scoot at 8000 rpm I'm topped out, and not really picking up anymore speed, but it's not as good a brand as Kymco though.

I love the way that Helix motor looks. That was the first motor I ever put a BBK on... I was thinking the same thing, that Helix looks crazy. So crazy I want one. ;D |

me too. Maybe the hole (or housing in the cvt cover) is broken or cracked?  It's a new cover got both bushings there, they seem to be in good shape. |

Only thing I can think of is maybe you don't have the CVT on right. First I have ever heard this happening. Alleyoop I know it's weird  I don't see how I could mess that up |

Hi Everyone, My bendix keeps falling out of place on the starter side. Just enough to lose touch with the starter. It starts fine the first time, but after riding, it vibrates out of place. I have the bushings on both sides(*cvt & casing side), they are NOT missing. Do they have a different length or size bendix, for the 139qmb. If they do I haven't seen them. Input and ideas to remedy this, would be greatly appreciated...MAHALO & ALOHA
